The existence of white majority communities is an affront to them - a kind of a crime. They target white people exclusively with the accusations of racism, which is in itself racist, and it's obvious that they want to spread their genocidal hatred to all corners of the nation. I see no point in engaging with them in discussion.

Not quite true. They are not comparing like with like. A rural ethnic minority individual will generally be moving and interacting within one ethnic grouping and as such will stand out as he interacts with that group. In the city that same individual is likely to interact within their own community group more often and may come into contact with fewer individuals of various different ethnic groups. There were many Indians in rural India who rarely saw a British white man during the Raj and very much would depend on the demeanour of that one individual. It is a bit like saying that if one is a nudist one gets more stares in the street than if one is in a nudist camp. So why do you think there so few ethn7c minority take up residents In the country side?

Lack of free council housing? Oh I see so all ethnic minorites live in free in Council housing do they? Answers with not only a question, but also a strawman. Like I said before, a waste of time.

The British countryside is racist, a Countryfile presenter has said, revealing that Black Lives Matter has led her to re-evaluate her own behaviour. There was debate over an episode of the BBC show earlier this year when Scout Ambassador Dwayne Fields presented a section about perceptions by ethnic minorities of the countryside. The report focused on research from the Government's Environment Department, published last year, which said that some ethnic groups felt UK national parks were a "white environment". Ellie Harrison, a presenter on the show, has spoken up on the issue and said that ethnic minority people do face discrimination in the countryside, and there is "work to do". www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/10/15/british-countryside-racist-says-countryfile-presenter/All I can say about 'Ellie Harrison' is, stupid left wing woke bitch. And you can disprove her point? Of course you can't because you would have to have detail knowledge of EVERY rural community in the country and how likely is that? But then of course you didn't report what she actually said did you despite it being in the paper you say you read. www.thetimes.co.uk/article/rural-britain-is-racist-says-countryfile-presenter-ellie-harrison-wpk0lc7gn“So there’s work to do. Even a single racist event means there is work to do. In asking whether the countryside is racist, then yes it is; but asking if it’s more racist than anywhere else — maybe, maybe not.”

The fact that only white people are targeted with accusations of racism would of course conclude that areas with more white people would be racist, especially since they're relying on racial organisations like the BLM, who believe every European intitution is inherently racist. You can't make this up.

This makes the countryside, corrupt, drunken, violent, thieving, fraudulent, intolerant etc etc. In general as a comment on the state of the countryside it seems just plain rubbish and really indicates nothing at all.

Some woke student-like woman petitioned the council here on some human rights woke issue and the council told her to get stuffed. Next she's in the paper whining that they must take her seriously and it is all so unfair.

Many of those live in rural areas without incident . We also have quite a few Asians who seem to rub along with everyone else . I suggest that the claim of racism against ethnic minorities is higher in rural areas is a fabrication by lefties who thrive on the accusations of racism

Ahh yes it's Steve crashing into the discussion, not on a white charger, but crashing in like a clown falling down a flight of stairs with his foot in a bucket. Steve the banner waver for woke and those bereft of common sense has it would seem come to the rescue of poor Ellie Harrison. How deeply virtuous, I'm almost in tears... of laughter. Steve, my poor deluded woke friend, I do not have to disprove her point, if indeed she has one. The countryside is patently not racist. She made the ridiculous but typically woke BBC accusation, it's up to her to prove it. It's not up to sensible people to prove she is a stupid inexperienced ill informed woke warrior, particularly when she appears to be doing a splendid job of that herself.

I live in Hackney, work in central London and the City, and often visit rural areas, and I can’t say that I notice much difference in the attitudes of their general populations towards non-white and foreigners living, visiting or working among them…

It's 'backward engineered' (or backward logic) racism.
Black people are relatively unrepresented in the countryside, ergo the countryside (like hiking, mountaineering, swimming etc) must be racist
Similar reasoning is used quite commonly

There are villages in England where a considerable percentage of the people are descendents of African sailors who served in the Royal Navy in the late 18th early 19th centuries. When they'd served their time they were given land and married local White women. I wonder what the "woke" people would make of the African names in these villages' churchyards?
