And it is set to get worse. I screwed up the Asda order and while they will be dropping off 3 kilos of Lavazza's best on Monday, today is Sunday.
I have a small stash of a kilo or so of coffee secreted at the Rural Slum and hopefully we will be setting off for there in an hour or , but things are so shit that I would not be surprised if the Russians did not bomb the M1

How long would it take you to get through that much ?? I recall a business analyst at a former client complaining of IBS. On returning from the consultation with the doctor his summary of the meeting was “he told me to reduce the coffee consumption from sixteen cups of rocket fuel to three of normal grade and decaf anything else and if in a month I’m still suffering “IBS” he will take my claim a little more seriously”

Some years ago mum decided to drastically cut down on her coffee consumption, she had been a heavy coffee drinker all her life. Shortly afterwards she started getting headaches, so she went to see her doc. He said she was suffering from caffeine withdrawal and recommended she started drinking coffee again. He said she should mix ordinary coffee with decaf coffee gradually increasing the decaf as she decreased the ordinary coffee. It took about a year to wean her off caffeine.

I tried that 40 years ago and got headaches too. I do have a head injury yet was surprised. Now I did cut sugar out of my coffee yet still drank coffee or tea until I found a green tea I could tolerate. To get decaf they put in a hexane to strip the caffiene, hexanes can cause health symptoms themselves, nothing is simple these days,

I rarely drink coffee, I'm a tea man. On the rare occasions I do have a cup of coffee I like it with half a teaspoon of soft brown sugar and cream, which is less than healthy. Mrs R drinks three of four cups of strong coffee a day, black with no sugar.

I like my coffee how I like my women, burning hot at first, then cold and bitter by the time I'm done with it...

Tied up in a burlap bag and hauled on a donkey by Juan Valdez
From the third world and at a reasonable price
Sitting on my knee, leaving a warm moist stain I’ll have to explain to my drycleaner
Normally bitter, but mellowed out when filled with cream
Without another man's cock in it
