The Square mile is the City of London which has its own Mayor the Lord Mayor of London, Khan has no authority within the square mile.
At present the ULEZ Zone is within the central London area the boundaries being the North and South Circular Roads, he is going to expand it to cover all London Boroughs, if you want to drive into Central London you have to pay the congestion charge put in place by Red Ken Livingstone when he was Mayor of London
Khan is determined to expand the ULEZ Zone despite strong opposition, according to the media today some 30,000 vans are driven into London every day which are not ULEZ compliant pre 2016, even if the van drivers could afford to buy a newer complaint van there are not enough second hand complaint vans for sale only about 25 thousand available in the UK cheapest ones cost about £20,000.
As when and if the ULEZ expansion happens drivers of none complaint vans and cars will have to pay £12.50 per day, an addition to their running costs which many state they cannot afford many of them may well go out of business

Fury at Sadiq Khan's war on drivers: Londonistan mayor is accused of turning capital into gridlock with huge expansion of 20mph zones, 15-minute neighbourhoods and never-ending roadworks - as even Labour MPs start to turn on him Maps have laid bare the extent of cunt khan's overhaul of the road network in the capital, with far more 20mph zones planned alongside the massive expansion of the ULEZ. But there are signs of mounting unrest among Labour MPs at shifting the boundary of the low emission zone to outer Londondistan - dragging millions more into its orbit in a bid to cut air pollution. Meanwhile, Tories have railed at 'ideological' measures, questioning the concept of 15-minute neighbourhoods, and insisting residents are becoming 'frustrated' at constant roadworks. MPs argue that the mayor's proposals are geared towards 'people who either work from home and don't have to go anywhere, or if they do have to go anywhere can afford an Uber or a cab'. Mr Khan has flatly denied he is waging war on motorists, pointing out that half of Londoners don't own a car and he has a duty to tackle 'poisonous air'.

Now wait until the transport businesses get at him as people fail to reach railway stations and Heathrow in time.

At least four Councils are considering challenging him in Court one at least from outside of the London Boundary , Outer London Residents are very angry as well it is costing them dearly to change their vehicles if not ULEZ Compliant

Taxation dressed as salvation, get that idiot out of our capital .........Khan says he would not put the scheme to a referendum because it would be rejected. He claims moves to stop him are desperate actions. Can the voters of Londonistan not see the makings of a dictatorship here. One of the best things this government could do to improve their standing would be to ban this extra zone. A return to government by common sense would be welcomed by all.........Looney labour that's expected sadly this lot are the same turned in to liberals Sadiq Khan's controversial ULEZ expansion plan could be blocked by Downing Street in what would be historic first veto of a Londonistan mayor by the government
Sadiq Khan's plans to expand the ULEZ could be blocked by the government The mayor of London wants to enlarge the zone to all 32 of the city's boroughs www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11767133/Sadiq-Khans-controversial-ULEZ-expansion-plan-blocked-Downing-Street.html

I absolutely agree that postal voting fuels electoral fraud in certain communities and the infuriating thing is, everyone knows but the relevant authorities turn a blind eye to avoid racial tensions. Remember Lutfur Rahman, a glowing example of a totally corrupt Muslim councillor. As it did forntat dribbing old fart biden. I wonder how big his garage is? Many Righties have great difficulties composing a post without revealing their childish need to insult and denigrate. It is this very childishness that pulls them into the Right of politics in the first place.

Ghengis Khan at his lying best.. "Extraordinary" was being kind. He should have said, "Then you have lost touch with reality".

When he was canvassing for votes to become the Mayor of London, he said he would do everything in his power to get rid of Police Stop and Search, the Met had already reduced the numbers of Stop and Search a few years earlier , and were now carrying out intelligence led Stop and Searches , and making more arrests and removing weapons
